I am a Professor at U of T, how can I join?
Any professor at the University of Toronto is welcome to join the Centre, free of charge, however must be willing to share and exchange knowledge and ideas with other members of the Centre. Please visit http://www.crhe.ca/faculty for more information.

I am an individual outside of the university who is interested in joining the Centre, how can I join?
Currently, for the first year of operation, we are not accepting individual memberships. We do however have an e-mail list-serve that we encourage everyone to sign up. This list-serve will generate on a monthly basis, and will include workshops, upcoming events and advisory board decisions on Centre policies and membership.

I am an Industrial Engineer, how can I sign up for the Centre?
Sign up for the e-mail list serve and receive updates on workshops, upcoming events and advisory board decisions on Centre policies and membership.

When can I be an individual member?
We are expecting the advisory board to meet in August and a decision will be made at that time. Please keep abreast to the e-mail list-serve.

Are you accepting volunteers at the Centre?
This will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the projects and the assistance that is required at the time of the request. If you are interested in a particular project, please contact the project lead to inquire further about any volunteer opportunities that may exist here within the Centre.

What educational programs does the Centre offer?
Starting in September 2008, in conjunction with the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, the Centre will be offering a Masters in Engineering with a certificate in Healthcare Engineering. In order to be eligible for this certificate program, people must first enroll in the Masters of Engineering program. The space will be limited in this certificate program. Please keep checking the Graduate Studies website for updates for program information.
